With this in mind, we request that you come to your appointment by yourself if at all possible. We do understand how important your wedding day is for you and part of the joyous process of choosing your dress would, under normal circumstances, involve the people close to you whose opinions you most value.
Also, we are more than happy to help you share this moment with your loved ones via video links and photos. If your dress has already arrived and is being stored or altered, we want to reassure you that it is perfectly safe here and we will look after it, free of charge, until your original or postponed wedding date.
We are doing everything in our power to provide the best service whilst taking into account the ever changing guidance concerning COVID-19.
